Room · 275 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Location is convenient to commuting, health care centers and hospitals, SUNY New Paltz and the world famous Shawamgunk wilderness and Mohonk preserve. We have a fenced in yard with a porch and a hammock. We sit on a nicely treed lot with a flagstone patio. We have had tenants in this room for many years and it works out really well. No stairs, private bath with cedar and tile. Good morning light in winter. My wife and I live here with 1 cat and a dog (45 lb Aussie shepherd mix) very friendly and sweet. We will consider smaller pets if you have them.

The space

The room is cozy and neat, wood floors and cedar trim in the bathroom, which is all yours. There is a closet in the corner, can hold a lot of stuff, and a desk with a chair, and a little puffy chair with a foot rest. 3 large windows let in fresh air and morning sun. There is a ceiling fan and we provide an air conditioner in the summer and a heater for spot heating in the winter.
