In the New River Gorge for an extended stay? Hank's Hilltop Hideout is the place for you! Hilltop is famous for being country singer Hank Williams' last stop. The house is conveniently located off Route 19, less than 15 minutes from Fayetteville, 20 minutes to Beckley, and right in the middle of everything the New River Gorge has to offer! Come enjoy an extended stay in the heart of West Virginia! The space is a single floor of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Only 2 of the rooms are used as rentals, the 3rd room is an office. There is a porch out front and a fenced in yard. A washer and dryer is available off the kitchen for you to use. Utilities are split between tenants. I (Melody) would be your roommate. I am heading into my busy season for work and will often be gone on the road, so you will be alone a good portion of the time, however I will still pay half of utilities whether I'm there or not. I also have a cat who travels back and forth with me.

The space

2 rooms are available for rent. One is a bedroom with a private en suite bathroom which rents for $750 per month. There is also a large wall mounted TV in this bedroom. The other room rents for $600. You will also have a private bathroom, however it is not an en suite within the room. Tenant is responsible for half of utilities. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please note that current tenant (me) has a cat.
