My home on a hilltop overlooking an organic farm and the foothills of the green mountains. It is a cozy home with an open floor plan, lots of windows and a front porch with views and a back deck. There is a propane gas wood stove and a heat pump for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. You would have the two floors of my home to yourself. There is a year round tenant living in the studio apartment in my walk out basement with a completely separate entrance. We are 30 minutes from downtown Burlington. You can hike, bike, snow shoe and cross country ski out my door! Great ski resorts are a half hour to 45 minutes away. This year, the home is available for the month of March only but will be available next year from February-April.
