The home is located right on Lake Iroquois, only 15 minutes from UVM Medical. It is located on a private road with our second rental property and is nestled in a cove. It is the perfect place for peace and quiet to unwind from the busyness of life. The home is fully equipped for all your year-round needs! In the summer we have paddle boards and kayaks available, to jump right onto the lake off the private dock. Or jump on your bike to enjoy the scenic back roads and many mountains biking travels nearby. In the winter you can use the snowshoes available! You'll often see ice fisherman and cross-country skiers across the lake in the winter. The basement is a fun game zone for kids and adults! We can't wait for you to come enjoy our piece of tranquility.
