Enjoy the beauty of Vermont in our cozy, spacious private home with a 1-bedroom apartment located on the border of Starksboro/Huntington. A large mowed yard/meadow and woods surround the house, located on the end of a private road with only four additional homes in the family-friendly community. The property is a 35-minute drive to UVM Hospital, a 35-minute drive to downtown Burlington, 30 minutes to Bolton Valley Ski Resort, 45 Minutes to Stowe Ski Resort, and 35 minutes to Sugarbush Resort. Hiking trails and swimming holes within 10 minutes from home. In the evenings, the stars are so bright with no light pollution. The three-story house has a private entrance in front of the house and a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor. My husband, I, and dog Bernie live in the bottom half of the house with a separate entrance. The apartment is furnished with all essentials: a cozy king-sized bed (2 sets sheets. pillows, blankets), 55' TV (firestick Netflix), large closet, hangers, and one set of new towels, kitchen stocked. The layout is one separate bedroom, living room & kitchen open floor plan and separate small bathroom with shower only. There is a laundry mat 13 minutes or 6.1 mile from our house in Hinesburg, Suds laundromat. Pets welcome! We have a six year old Golden doodle dog named Bernie, who will be with us when we are there. PLEASE NOTE: He roams free in the yard and does bark sometimes outside. We are both low-key, calm when we are home. Our neighborhood is considered very safe.
