This rental is for the downstairs portion of the house, it includes the Master Bedroom with attached Bath, full use of the Kitchen, Living Room, Mud Room and Dining Area. It does not include the use of the garage, basement, or upstairs area. The owner may elect to use these areas occasionally during the rental. Owner has a friend who runs a dog walking service they will generally stop by Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1200 M-Fr and will park in the at the turn around by road.
