Charming home in a great location

House · 1,000 sq ft · 2 beds · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

This property has had a lot of work in the last couple months. It has been vacant for the last couple months and in the time I have updated a lot of the essentials. A lot of appliances are brand new as well as furniture. I would love to say it's perfect but this is all new for me. I can say I have done all I can think to make it a comfortable homey place and I think it will make a nice stay.

The space

The house is two stories and also has an unfinished basement. The bottom floor consists of a living room the kitchen, a small dining room, and the laundry behind the kitchen the upstairs has 2 bed rooms one king bed and one queen both rooms have pretty nice closets in them and there is another small room that could be used as an office space or anything like that. The bathroom is also upstairs between the bedrooms it has a walk-in shower and a bathtub separate.
