Peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Easily access to Burlington. Tons of hiking, swimming, skiing/boarding, and snowshoeing for the outdoor enthusiast. Sunny and cozy, fully furnished and ready to move in. My favorite bit is a reading bench by the front window, but I also love snuggling up in the breakfast nook.
The space
Newly renovated home, sitting on 13 gorgeous wooded acres criscrossed with old stone walls. Upstairs, master bedroom with attached office (or nursery). Downstairs, 2 bedrooms, living room, foyer, kitchen, and full bathroom. Outside, garden, toolshed, woodshed. Heat via Rinnai heaters. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but require a refundable deposit per pet, pending house damages at termination of lease.
