This is a great ski lease opportunity for those looking to be in the mountains on weekends! Serenity in the woods. This is a private room in a shared house in our basement. There's a toilet and sink downstairs in our laundry room and a shares shower upstairs. Kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave and instapot. The living area downstairs is communal but we are mostly upstairs except to feed the basement fire. We have a wood fire sauna and cold plunge. Access to snow shoe equipment. 4x4 or AWD is a must. 15 min to Camels Hump alpine xc ski trails 15 min to Mad River Glen 30 min to Sugarbush We already have 2 dogs and 2 cats so unfortunately no more pets at the moment.
