The unit is the ground level 2 room unit of a brick house. Private entrance, ground level (no steps) and parking. The unit is 5 minutes off of I81 in Inwood. The house is .2 of a mile off the main road. Very quiet, peaceful location. Plenty of outdoor space with an outdoor table and fire pit. Arden House is located in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. It is just 2 miles off I81. Twenty minutes from Winchester and 15 minutes from Martinsburg. Some of the attractions close by are Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Charles Town and many other sites in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. The Skyline Drive entrance is only about a 30 minute ride. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor space where you may see deer, rabbits and plenty of birds.

The space

There is an entrance room with a double bed, twin bed, sofa and full refrigerator. Beds not being used can be removed for other items. In a separate living area, there is a queen bed, TV, bathroom, desk, table, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, gas fireplace. No oven. Outside there is a large area to use outdoor gas grill, picnic table and fire pit. Washer and dryer will be added shortly to the unit. Dogs allowed and must be kept on a leash when outside. Please NO CATS. The owner is allergic
