2 story house, downtown Ithaca, very close to EVERYTHING- Ithaca Bakery, Purity Ice Cream, the Farmers Markets . 2 Full baths, deck for lounging, House access available to renters only. There are two rooms in this listing, the downstairs bathroom is private, but the upstairs room is shared with the owner. Unfortunately I can't take specific requests for one room or the other, because it depends on which one is free at the time. Safe, quiet, downtown residential neighborhood. We have a nice front porch to sit and relax and people watch. Plus a deck out back to enjoy your coffee and breakfast if you like. Very easy access to public transportation and walking distance to everything downtown. One of the best locations in Ithaca. That's what they say. 2 minutes to the Waterfront Trail so if your into walking, runing or biking that is also at your finger tips. you can keep bikes on porch no problem.
