Bienvenue dans notre gite! Welcome to our wonderfully cozy cottage located in desirable Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville. Everything is pristine having just been remodeled. No expense or thought has been spare to create a welcoming and relaxing space for your stay in our lovely city. The cottage is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and plenty of storage. The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances including stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. All linens are included; sheets, blankets, towels and comforter. Retire to the living area to enjoy the Smart TV with Wifi or load your streaming apps. The laundry room is located in the large utility and clothing closet off the bedroom, fully enclosed to control noise. The driveway is large enough for two car parking exclusively for this cottage; the main house has its own parking area. The sitting patio is covered and surrounded by a no-maintenance garden; the main yard is not fenced. All utilities included plus, Wifi, TV, quarterly pest control and yard care. There is also an exclusive locked storage shed outside the unit for bikes or barbeques. You just need your suitcase! Cottage Bienvenue has a great location near NAS JAX and a short commute to the city, close to St Vincents Riverside, Baptist Downtown, Wolfson, somewhat longer commute to Orange Park Medical. Just over the bridge is Memorial Hospital, Baptist South along with Mayo (a longer commute at 19 miles). Downtown Murray Hill is a walk away and Riverside/Avondale/City Center a short 5 min drive. The restaurants in Murray Hill are some of our favourites in the city. Beaches are within a 35 minute drive and the Riverwalk is minutes away in Riverside-another fantastic neighborhood! So much to do! This is a non-smoking unit. Refundable damage deposit required plus nonrefundable admin/cleaning fees.
