AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1, 2025. NEW construction carriage house studio apartment in Historic Springfield. Within 5 miles of several hospitals, the Springfield neighborhood is a historic district with many beautiful and unique homes and businesses. We are 3 blocks from Main Street where you can enjoy several breweries, a food park, restaurants, a top notch bakery, ice cream shops and a variety of shopping options. Throughout the year there are many neighborhood events and live entertainment options. The studio is located behind our home and on the second floor above the detached garage. It has a private entrance from the alley. There is a private concrete parking pad to parallel park 1 car with additional parking available on street. There are outdoor lights on the carriage house plus a streetlight. The studio is cozy, but very well equipped. There is a loveseat with ottoman, a drop leaf table that expands out when needed and two chairs, kitchenette with granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, apartment-sized glass top stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, and toaster oven. A full sized bed with memory foam mattress has storage underneath. There is a 4-drawer dresser and 2 small closets with hangers for clothing storage. A 32" television is mounted on the wall with an adjustable bracket to allow comfortable viewing from the loveseat or bed. The bathroom has a vanity with storage and a tub/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Utilities included are: electric, water, sewer, and WiFi (AT&T Fiber). Security Deposit is due at lease signing and equal to the monthly rental rate. First full month's rent is due at move in. Application is through Keycheck - please request a link. My family lives on the property in a detached house. There is no access to the yard for studio guests as the studio has a private entrance from the alley. We will respect your privacy but are nearby if you need us. Our minimum stay is typically 90 days, but please inquire for availability and pricing for shorter stays. We do not allow smoking/vaping on the property. A $500 fine will be charged for violation of the no smoking/vaping. No pets. A $500 fine will be charged for violation of the no pet policy.
