Clean and comfortable.King bed, Queen Bed and 3rd bedroom is flex room - can be office, playroom, or we can add a twin bed. This home has a 1/1 cottage house behind it occupied with 1 resident. Both homes are private and separated with a privacy fence panels. Common areas are gas grill and a laundry room that is detached from both homes. Other than those two areas the homes are completely separate and private. They have their parking and you have your 2 parking spots off street on cobblestone parking spots in-front of the home. Comfortable living room, Smart Tv to load your streaming services. Kitchen has dishwasher and is stocked with small appliances and everything a cook would need. Small covered back porch. This home is set up for everyday living. Unfortunately, this yard is not fenced. If a fenced yard is essential please call us for availability on our properties with fenced yards.
