Come stay at our quaint little retreat just outside the city. Ground level in-law suite off a 5 bedroom 1800's farmhouse. Apartment has a private entrance, full kitchen, with other recent updates. The home is off a quiet dead end street near the Jamesville reservoir beach, Clark Reservation State Park, and just down the road from the center of Jamesville Hamlet. Quiet location with everything you need just down the way. Parking on the circular driveway, with designated outdoor space for the apartment. We have cats, dogs, and chickens are on the property. I live on the premises along with my daughter and her husband, so one of us will usually be around if you ever need anything. The home is located on a very safe quiet street, with ample outdoor lighting.
