Very safe and fun for kids, great for families, with lots of room to roam and hang out. The large private outdoor shower is everyone's favorite. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths make it comfortable for 6 people. Living room, TV/reading den and laundry. Covered outdoor lanai is a recent and welcome addition with a dining table, comfy sofa and chairs. A wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and unwind at the end of each day to the gentle sway of coconut trees and sweet song of birds. Kai Nani is fully equipped for cooking if you want to do your own and minutes from Kailua Town if you want to eat out. Its a short walk to the local favorite Kalapawai Market for coffee, or Buzzs Steak House. Or leave your car behind and explore Lanikai on the bikes. Wake up to gentle tradewinds in the Red Room, with corner windows and stunning views of the sunrise through towering coconut palms. Enjoy the charm of the Blue Room with traditional Hawaiian vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and large windows. Tucked away on its own with a full bathroom, a private patio, a/c and glimpses of the Koolau Mountains, the Mango Room is the largest bedroom, with both a king and a twin bed. Every room has views to the garden and windows that open to trade wind breezes. Comfortable tropical-themed furnishings and art are tasteful and cool. Treat yourself to your own piece of paradise near one of the best beaches in Hawai`i. Non-smoking, children are very welcome! Important note: This property is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more, up to 90 days, at any one time. Monthly rental rate posted does NOT include 18.5% for rental taxes paid to the State of Hawaii and City & County of Honolulu collected for each reservation in addition to the rent and departure cleaning fee.
