The space

Would be great for one or two professionals, the space is unique in that its in a quiet complex. Unit is on the ground level with beautiful landscaping and steps to the pool and hot tub and right across the street from the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet as a lot of the residents only live there part of the year and you cannot rent for periods shorter than 6 months so not a lot of people coming and going. Neighborhood is very safe. Complex is only 18 years old so one of the newest in Kihei.
