Bright renovated large 3.5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1940s cabin on 14 acres of private forest, with skylight loft, jacuzzi cabana, fire pit, stone patio, and easy access to Kingston, Rosendale, and New Paltz. All the charm of immersion in upstate nature with the convenience of multiple towns with groceries, bars, restaurants, shops just 8 minutes away. Homeowners are a woodworker / vintage shop owner, a NYC psychiatrist, and a chef / architectural design project manager - the perfect combo for creating a thoughtful sensuous livable artistic environment. This is our family home and a labor of love. We're currently based in Vietnam and looking for a responsible and communicative long-term renter. The 3br cabin is move-in ready and available fully furnished with stylish handmade and vintage finds from around the globe. Ground floor main entrance opens into laundry/mudroom with washer/dryer and sink and fridge. Kitchen extends into dining room so you can cook and hang out at the same time, with cleaning/washing up on the other side. Big picture windows, plants, stove, butcherblock countertops. There is a separate guest cottage that will operate as a short term rental unit that accomadates two guest maximum and typically is occupied only Friday and Saturday nights. Renter is responsible for 90% of utilities (electric, wifi, trash pickup). Delicious fresh clean well water included. Renter is responsible for 50% of yard and jacuzzi maintenence and driveway plowing.
