Room · 2,000 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

On top of a hill at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this property offers privacy, Wifi, AC, and a large shared kitchen and laundry room. The room itself offers access to the back patio, with a full panoramic view of southern California, all the way to the southern border. The room for rent is accessed from the front door, following a hallway, while the master bedroom where I stay is accessed through the garage where I park; separate entrances for minimum disturbance on different schedules.

The space

The master bedroom and guest bedroom are on opposite sides of the house. In-between the bedrooms is a very large living room and kitchen area, with a fireplace, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and extra freezer for storage. The driveway can accommodate two more cars, and there is always more parking on the street. The neighbors are all very friendly, often taking walks around the street, but never nosy or bothersome. Also here is my friendly and loving German Shepard, Sheba. Neighborhood: Many restaurants and grocery stores are within 5 minutes of the house, just a short trip to the bottom of the hill. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, populated with locals taking walks throughout the day.
