Our modern log cabin looks out onto beautiful forest and meadow and has a large deck. The living area and kitchen have high ceilings and are tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are private and quiet. The property is 5 acres and includes a peaceful trail to the Little Deschutes River. We've seen elk, deer, porcupines, bobcat, coyotes and more on the property. Paulina Creek and Peak in the Newberry National Monument are a short drive away, as is La Pine State Park. Mt. Bachelor and the Cascades Lakes Highway are within 40 minutes with little traffic even on a powder day. Bend and Sunriver are both close and have tasty restaurants.

The space

Comfortable, modern 2 bedroom log cabin with many windows looking out onto forest and meadow. Propane heating stove gives it a cozy feeling. Large kitchen with island and all you need. Washer and dryer in unit. Storage shed outside. Neighborhood: The cabin is found on Bridge Drive, which follows the west side of the Little Deschutes River and doesn't have an outlet. There are some neighbors but the cabin is in the trees and sits on 5 acres with access to the Little Deschutes River.
