It's perfect for traveling professionals bringing family or teammates along, it has everything you need to settle in for a few weeks or longer. You'll feel like you're tucked away on your own private plot, surrounded by towering ponderosa pines, with room to spread out inside and out. Just two miles from town, but it feels like your own pocket of quiet. The main level features an open layout between the living and dining areas, complete with ample comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The formal dining table seats everyone, and just off the kitchen, there's a sunny breakfast area with a second table and chairs. The kitchen itself is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet and counter space, and all the tools you'll need for cooking. With a beautiful antique stove that is just for looks. There are two bedrooms and a loft: - The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed, a walk through closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower, plus an additional hallway door for shared access. - Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, as well as closet space. - The third bedroom is a converted loft, set up with two twin beds, a pool table, a multi-game arcade machine, a bar area, a chest of drawers, and a dedicated workspace that over looks the homes beautiful log artwork. The second full bathroom is located upstairs and features a tub/shower combination and a single vanity. A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is conveniently located on the main floor for easy access. Outside in the back yard there's a big deck with an umbrella-shaded dining set and additional seating. In the front yard theres another love seating areas with a place to put your coffee cups. There's space for kids or dogs to run around the whole house outside. With room to park a trailer, boat, or RV. What's Nearby: Just a quick 3-minute drive to the town of La Pine, so you're close to everything without giving up peace and privacy. You're only a short drive from Crater Lake, the Deschutes River, Obsidian Flow, Newberry National Monument, and Bend. Closer to home, check out La Pine State Park, the local food trucks, golf at Quail Run, or wander into thousands of acres of adjacent BLM land for hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, or snowmobiling depending on the season. Spring through fall enjoy trails, crater lakes, waterfalls, and hot springs nearby in the Umpqua and other surrounding forests. An adrenaline junky can take a chair lift to the top of Mount Bachelor and mountain bike down. In winter, you're just about 45 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and Willamette Pass Ski Resort, with cross-country, downhill, snowboarding, and snowshoe trails all around. The space

Loft is a huge play room for all ages with two twin beds for the kids. Neighborhood: Bends beautiful neighbor in the ponderosa pines, with the feeling of staying at a distant lake lodge while still being close to all necessities. Very close to Saint Charles Urgent care in La Pine. A 30 mile drive to Bend Or. Lots of golf, hikes, lakes, rivers, mountains, and recreational places to go on your off time. Bike, kayak, ski, snowboard, and boating near by. Spend your weekends visiting Crater Lake in the summer, or Mt Bachelor and Willamette Pass in the winter for beautiful & romantic veiws.
