This peaceful retreat was entirely remodeled 3 years ago and comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, sunroom with plants and cozy reading area or meditation. Living area with TV, internet, electric fireplace. Beautiful bathroom. Deck, hot tub, gazebo. Plenty of parking. Landscaped. Quiet and beautiful location. In addition to the warm and cozy environment of the home, the night sky with the Milky Way above the house, the wildlife, and smell of the Ponderosa Pines provides a sense of harmony and peace. What a great place to unwind after your busy work day.

The space

One bedroom with either a queen or twin bed, your choice. Nice bathroom with tub. Washer/dryer. Living room with leather sofa and chair, TV, electric fireplace. Kitchen with propane stove, refrigerator, fully stocked for cooking. Deck with outdoor furniture. Monthly rent covers all utilities and internet. Owner (retired nurse practitioner) will be staying at the coast with her daughter and will be available for repairs, snow removal if needed. It can snow December-March but only had 4 inches last year.
