Our newly-built poolside bungalow is situated in a private, gated property in north central Los Angeles, providing a safe place for both you and your car. Our adorable bungalow is beach themed, perfect to get you in the mood for your Southern California visit. Our private kitchen offers a Keurig single-serve coffee maker with reusable pod so you can choose your brew or switch to tea or cocoa, if you prefer. Our well-stocked kitchen features microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, washcloths, make-up cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Your private bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, crisp sheets, extra pillows and blankets, a full dresser, and a nightstand with USB plugs. For the living area, we provide you with a large-screen TV with streaming services, wi-fi, business/school work space and built-in USB plug, private washer/dryer located conveniently in the unit with detergent pods and dryer sheets provided, a comfortable convertible couch (mattress topper provided) that also sleeps two adults, pool view, and a private porch with outdoor seating and overhead fan. Our home is situated on a large lot with beautiful landscaping for your enjoyment. Best of all, we're centrally located in San Fernando Valley and close to all major freeways and minutes from a wide number of attractions, outdoor spaces, restaurants, and shopping. Pets may be considered on a case by cases basis.
