Welcome to Topa Hill Retreat in Sunny Lakeside, San Diego County! Serenity Suite is a fully furnished Master Bedroom/Master Bath ensuite in a privately shared 3BR/2BA pool house. This well thought out spacious bedroom has everything you need for a very comfortable, relaxing, and elegant mid-term stay. Kind of like a vacation! One of the best features of this room is the easy access and gorgeous view of the newly renovated solar heated pool and spa! The landscaping has a beautiful resort feel with several private areas to relax at, including a shaded night lit cabana. Serenity Suite also has gorgeous walk-in closet with pull out drawers and plenty of storage. It's fully equipped with hangers and a rolling laundry basket for convenience. The private bathroom is open to the master suite and has a double vanity sink, full sized bath tub, and a private locking door to the facility. This is an important feature if one is traveling with a companion. Each room at Topa Hill Retreat has 2 key entry doors. One from inside of the house and the other from the backyard oasis. This way each guest has maximum privacy to their own space and belongings. Full list of room features- -1 queen sized high quality, comfortable bed. -Mattress and 4 pillows are fully protected with hypoallergenic and waterproof covers to ensure cleanliness for each guest. (Note- all pillows are double cased which makes even the squishiest pillow a little stiffer. If you enjoy relaxing poolside, warming up in a hot tub, feeling the breeze under a private cabana, hosting BBQs with plenty of outdoor dining space, and bonding over a warm fire pit, then welcome home! Oh and keep your eyes and ears out for our local Amazon parrots passing by! They truly add to the ambience! Out back you'll also enjoy the well landscaped, whimsical lit yard with several mature fruit trees including avocados, peaches, plums, oranges, and lemons. There's plenty of open planters for the "green thumb" to get there's hands in the soil and continue to grow any produce desired. Most all landscaping is on irrigation and is serviced every 2 weeks. No upkeep. Just enjoy. There's also a little casual bonus workspace outback with great AC! If you need an additional quiet area or to print a document, we have you covered. Topa Hill Retreat has amazing common areas as well... Everything has been meticulously thought out for a great shared space experience for everyone! When you walk through the front door, you'll instantly feel home. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen will greet you with several places to sit down and relax. The kitchen has a beautiful open flow where tenants could have their own cooking space even at the same time. Kitchen essentials are provided along with upscale appliances. There's plenty of storage containers for premade meals and food prep. Instant Pot and Air Fryer with fryer sheets are there too! The kitchen also has a well laid out pantry aka the hidden coffee and tea bar, with equal individual space to store goods and shared spaces. Initial coffee and tea is provided. Take some, replace some! And for those who enjoy an adult beverage, there's a wine cart with all your essential needs. Wine and a couple liquors are pre-stocked to start enjoying. Take some, replace some! Down the hall is a full size indoor laundry room with plenty of counter space for folding and fold out ironing board and iron provided. On the opposite side of the hall is cabinetry sectioned off equally and labeled for each tenant. Here you will find your sets of towels and the use of storage for your own personal belongings. The garage is primarily used for personal belongings for storage on site! No need to rent a small storage unit. And lastly, there's one driveway parking spot for each guest! All utilities are included! Owners/Managers do not live on premises. However, they do live locally to help provide any needs you may have to ensure a wonderful experience. Convenient freeway access also makes commuting throughout East County and greater San Diego simple.
