- This whole-house rental sits on 1.75 grass and wooded acres just outside of town and next to the Popo Agie River. - It is a quiet, safe location with plenty of room to stretch out after work and has excellent access to town, medical facilities, businesses, and sports. - All previous renters reported loving this cozy but spacious cottage, and all but one extended their stays. One couple wanted to buy it! - Turn-key rural living at its best!
