This 1930s home has been lovingly updated and is ready to host you with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, plus a full kitchen, dining area for 4, barbecue grill, & outdoor dining area for 6. Work remotely with fast fiber internet and a dedicated workspace. Free off-street and on-street parking! We allow up to 4 occupants for long-term leases; a 5th guest may be requested for children under the age of 12. The living area features a convertible sofa bed and seating for six. Relax and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV, ready for you to login to your own streaming subscriptions. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including a full-sized stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the dining bar, which seats four, or outside on the patio, which seats six. During the summer months, grill on the barbecue in the fenced backyard and enjoy Laradise's warm summer nights underneath the twinkle lights! The full-sized laundry includes a washer and dryer for guest use, along with laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer balls. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, soft linens, plush pillows, and a ceiling fan. The closet is equipped with hangers, luggage rack, and cube-style dresser, giving you room to unpack. A dedicated workspace features a comfortable chair and lamp. All lamps have USB outlets for easy device charging. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the same bedding and closet features as the first bedroom. The bathroom is adjacent and offers a tub/shower with adjustable shower head, fresh towels, makeup remover towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Guest access The cottage is completely private - it's a stand-alone, single-family home. The entrance pathway has two stairs. The home itself is single level with no stairs. Other things to note There is free off-street parking in the driveway on the west side of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car or two cars if you're willing to double-park. There is free street parking along Harney Street in front of the house. One of the highlights of this rental is its fantastic location. You'll find yourself just: - 5 blocks from the University of Wyoming - 10 blocks from War Memorial Stadium (walk to football games!) - 1 mile from Safeway grocery store - 1.5 miles from Downtown Laramie Laramie offers an abundance of outdoor activities. The space

Rent is $2,250/month from November 1st through March 31st. Advertised rent price is for a 90+ day lease. We allow leases as short as 30 days for an additional fee.
