Room · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

Quaint house on a picturesque plot of land with both manicured and zero landscaping bridging the beauty of both. Flowers and other outdoors perennials bring life to the property along with native aspen trees and a large, mature silver-leaved poplar. Autumn brings vibrant colors and winter a recurring, soft blanket of snow. Peaceful outdoors stone patio is furnished with a table and chairs (and an umbrella in good weather) accessible from the sidewalk or great room French doors. Fenced in backyard is under construction, but fully usable. Exterior lighting is suitably situated to allow for relaxed use of the outdoors property in the moonlit, starry hours. Large garage on the property is used for owner storage and business. Loft storage is available for personal items within reason and storage of recreational gear can be arranged. Garbage and recycling containers on the property. Walkways are newly paved and maintained by the owner; shared efforts in snow removal with blower, if possible.
