The first floor is an open living space with beautiful water views and amazing sunsets and huge deck. Tenant access to the entire first floor kitchen, living room, dining room, decks and seasonal docks, outdoor shower. Kayak/SUP board in summer. Upstairs flat is owners & is sometimes rented during winter months with current tenants acceptance. Washer and dryer are in the basement. You work hard, treat yourself with a vacation type home!
