The TV has been upgraded to a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with built-in streaming apps, allowing you to enjoy Netflix and other streaming services during your stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stovetop (no oven), microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. A breakfast bar with two stools creates a casual dining space that flows naturally into the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you may need, including a whole bean espresso and Americano coffee machine, so you can cook and settle in right away without extra hassle. The bedroom is set up for both comfort and function. It includes a queen-size bed, a desk that works well for remote work or study, and blackout blinds along with window shutters to help you get restful sleep any time of day, especially helpful for night-shift professionals. In addition to a standard closet for storage, the home also features a very spacious walk-in closet with ample shelving. There is a second bedroom with window and private door. The bathroom features a beautiful bathtub and a walk-in shower, along with a double-sink vanity and a private toilet area with its own door for added privacy. The layout is clean, practical, and offers generous storage space. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience, and utilities are included in the monthly rent. The home has its own private entrance and sits within a gated property. Parking is available on the right side of the driveway. Outside, you'll have access to a shared backyard with the other unit on the property. The backyard is fully fenced, approximately a quarter acre, shaded with pine trees, and provides a peaceful outdoor setting with plenty of space to relax or walk a pet. The lanai offers outdoor dining with a round table and four cushioned swing-back chairs, creating a comfortable space to enjoy meals outside while overlooking the backyard. For added enjoyment, the property includes two tennis rackets with balls, a pickleball set with balls, and two beach chairs available for guest use. Equipment is stored in the lanai for convenience. The home is pet-friendly. A $200 non-refundable pet deposit applies per pet. The fenced backyard provides a secure environment, and the unit is pet-ready with a large pet crate, a pet bed, toys, and indoor pet pads available. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and part of a single-family home setting that feels calm and secure. You'll be within 10-15 minutes of grocery stores and essentials, 20-35 minutes to hospitals, about 25-30 minutes to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 20-25 minutes to I-75, with easy access to SR-82, and about 35-45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
