Picket fence enclosure is perfect for letting your pet off the leash to run around.Off street parking for 1 vehicle is provided behind the house. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Kathys Place is ideal for UK sporting events, Keeneland Races, Horse Park Eventing, and Lexington's Town Branch is on the Official Bourbon Trail. Owners and Property Manager live nearby and are readily available. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena.
