Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery store, schools, and to Onondaga Lake Parkway. Easy access to highways, downtown Syracuse/Armory Square, SU/LeMoyne, and area hospitals (Crouse, Upstate, Community). No pets please. Utilities are included in rent (up to $100 per month). They average $40-65 with normal heat and AC usage, so its never been a problem/never has exceeded $100, and the thermostat is programable to help keep energy usage low when you are not home. The Village of Liverpool uses stickers for their trash system, bought at Nichol's grocery store (a few blocks from the apt) for $1 per sticker, and you use one sticker each week that you put out trash. Recycling is free. Renters insurance required. Plans with major insurance companies start as low as $5/mo.

The space

The carriage house apt is located ABOVE a 3 bay garage. No cars are parked in the garage (they're only used for storage). Its the only apt in the garage building, so its very private and quiet as you don't share walls with another unit. There are two other apts on the premise, located in a second building. Each apt has its own driveway row for parking. The right garage bay is where you would access the laundry room, which is private to this unit and has a coded keypad.
