The Corazon de Oro Estate offers a peaceful refuge, designed to envelop self-care and self-nurturing into everyday life. When your shift is over, return home for deep rest and relaxation in peaceful serenity with only the occasional train sounds in the distance. We have a fully furnished, turnkey, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on 4.5 acres in Loomis, CA. The 41,000 sq ft property is situated at the top of a mile-long private, paved driveway. You will be our first tenant. We are beginning by renting out only one room. Note, a property manager lives on-site. In the main shared space, guests can take in expansive views while lounging on luxurious couches, surrounded by a population of well-loved house plants. In the winter months, the electric fireplace offers an instant warm up. Guests can also look forward to enjoying 2 infrared saunas, outdoor salt water pool and spa, workout room (with TV monitor for workout videos), an inflatable dome for hot yoga as well as a Peloton bike, reformer and vibe plate. To compliment the Sub-Zero industrial house refrigerator, the kitchen includes a walk-in pantry stocked with a variety of necessary spices, oils and condiments available to guests. There are two outdoor grills including a Traeger smoker, a firepit, a heat lamp, built in overhead misters, an abundance of lounge-worthy outdoor seating, as well as two organic gardens, a producing lemon grove, olive trees, and resident egg-laying chickens. The property also includes a sport court with night lighting. Guests are invited to enjoy all the various amenities along with spectacular views of Northern California sunrises and sunsets from all over the oak tree covered property. With scant light pollution, star gazing here is spectacular. A flowing fountain at the center of the circular driveway provides a subtle landscape of continual soothing water sounds to accompany the evening frog singing symphony. This place is truly special.
