ADU · 250 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

This is a small but charming cottage behind the owners house. It is next to the pool with a private picnic area and gas grill. Privacy is assured. A cleaning service can be engaged for an extra charge. The property is 2.5 acres and has lovely views of the bay. There are lots of deer and turkeys, the occasional bobcat, squirrels, and once in a while a mountain lion. They are very shy and not seen very often. There are many trails for hiking and a local park with lake down the hill. The roads a windy and narrow but worth it when you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area.
