Modern gated property with remote controlled access. Large 6' tall gate slides open via remote control when you pull up. Gated parking right by your apartment. Large 2-story unit with huge bedroom upstairs. Excellent closet space, good natural light, central location. Recessed LED lighting, stainless steel appliances, full sized washer & dryer, air conditioning, new kitchen with quartz countertops / stainless steel appliances & all new bathroom, fast WIFI! I host quite a few travel nurses and they love this property. Most of my guests end up extending their stays. The central location is great for anyone working at any of the local hospitals or studios! No pets much preferred. Will consider 1 small well behaved pet. $2,900 single tenant +$100 for additional occupant

You're just a short drive to everything L.A. has to offer + several large hospitals.
