Perfect for the business professional coming in town for a few months or moving to LA seeking temporary housing. Gas/water/Hi-Speed Internet/parking included. Electrical not included. - If you are a traveling nurse, you are close to several hospitals, including Kaiser and Cedars. -If you are in the entertainment industry, you a super close to Amazon & Sony. 15 mins to FOX, Paramount, Raleigh, Sunset Gower, and Netflix. - I require tenant screening through Furnished Finders before any booking.
