"Apartment Z" by DNA. Private getaway, fully furnished apartment with breathtaking views and access to pool and spa, laundry, with outdoor gated parking! Centrally located in Los Angeles, close to Downtown LA, Hollywood and our neighboring cities of Glendale, Burbank and Pasadena. Next to all major freeways and minutes from main hospitals. Apartment Z is a one bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home. It is a private and cozy ground level unit all to yourself. It is modern, immaculate and recently remodeled! Modern full kitchen, ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with massage shower, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a spacious front dining patio! This a ground level unit, with an extra office/guest room and walk-in closet. It is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, office desk, DVD player and SmartTV, with tons of storage! Our private compound, has two other units for select guests. The two of us live in the main house, above the unit with our good ol' boy boxer dog Apollo. Enjoy the tranquility of your own private retreat, with the convenience of the city life at your footsteps! This apartment is equipped with all your needs! SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY Accessibility Disclaimer: There are several steps and levels throughout our property and inside the apartment. Minors: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children cannot be left alone in the property, especially around the patio and pool area. Pandemic Disclaimer: Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the following is shared with all potential guests for their consideration and acknowledgement prior to confirm booking: - Everyone entering the property is not Covid+ or have any related symptoms. Should you develop any related symptoms, you agree to seek medical advice/treatment, including remaining in isolation if necessary following all CDC requirements. - Everyone in the property is expected to follow city guidelines for social distancing and infection control, which are currently extended across LA county until further notice. - We are working from home, therefore we ask that everyone give each other space and privacy as much as possible. Also, use of pool/spa will need to be staggered for everyones individual enjoyment. -Internet connectivity might be slower during the weekdays as we are working remotely. - Guests are asked to put everything away and clean after themselves when using shared areas in the compound. - We are taking extra precautions, including extended time between bookings, meticulous disinfection and cleaning between guests and social distant check-in / check out protocols. Notices: -Our compound has plenty of space and privacy. If you happen to come across other guests, please feel free to say hello! We love to maintain a low-key and friendly atmosphere. -As we live on a hillside there are multiple levels and steps around the property, we always ask to observe caution. -Also our property might not be appropriate for children since we have a pool, multi-levels and a big doggie, who is kept inside the house. -Our neighborhood is very safe and our property is very exclusive! For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the main gate entrance and common areas, including parking, garden and pool area. General House/Property Rules: -A clear profile picture of actual guest(s) is required for all confirmed reservations. -No smoking, drug free environment. -Only one car is allowed inside the property at anytime during the stay. -We love pets! However, no pets are allowed in the property aside from our boxer dogs. -In efforts to be environmentally friendly, we appreciate when our guests recycle and use the recyclable bins, turn off all lights before leaving the unit and are conscious about water and power consumption. -We want you to have the best time while staying at our compound, just three basic rules: have fun, respect your neighbors and leave everything as you found it! Our Application and Rental Process: For your reference, the following is the process we have established for tenancy: 1- Both parties review and agree to listing / rental and profile details in Furnished Finder. If both parties agree to move forward; 2- Tenant review pandemic disclaimer and house rules, if agrees; 3- Tenant completes background check, if passes; 4- Landlord submits rental agreement to Tenant; 5- Tenant reviews and sign agreement; 6- Tenant makes payment for Rental Reservation Deposit of $200 (non refundable, but will apply towards first month's rent) within 24hrs of signing rental agreement; 7- Upon receipt of deposit, landlord reserves calendar for the timeframe requested by tenant. 8-At least 24 hours before move-in date, Tenant pays the Landlord first month's rent, security deposit and cleaning fee. Preferred payment methods are Zelle or Venmo; 9- Rental agreement is month to month; and 10- Landlord sends check-in and check-out details to Tenant via Furnished Finder, within 48 hours of those dates.
