The studio occupies the lower level of an architect-designed hillside home in Mount Washington. Set in Rainbow Canyon and surrounded by land protected by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, it offers a quiet, private setting with convenient access to the surrounding neighborhoods and central Los Angeles. Inside, wide-plank oak floors run throughout, and custom wood-trimmed picture windows bring in natural light. The sunken living room faces the canopy of a native California live oak and includes vaulted ceilings, a 4K smart TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Dimmer switches, a built-in workspace, and custom-milled cabinetry make the studio comfortable for daily living and working from home. The kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, vent hood, Nespresso maker, microwave, and mini-fridge with separate freezer. An in-unit washer and dryer and mini-split heating and air conditioning are also provided. The private entrance is reached by a dedicated staircase directly from the street, with no spaces shared with the owner upstairs. The lower-level deck is shaded by the oak and includes a gas grill and canyon views. Available exclusively for stays of 31 nights or longer. A separate fixed-term rental agreement is required and must be reviewed and signed before move-in.
