This property is located in a mellow, safe part of Highland Park. It's only 5 minutes from tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. I live in the front house and I'm looking for a respectful and responsible back house tenant. The unit I'm renting out is a studio and it's spacious but there isn't a ton of storage so I would say it's really ideal for 1 person.

The space

This is the back house behind my main house. It's a spacious studio with high ceilings. It's immaculately furnished and completely outfitted with everything you'd need. The neighborhood is very safe and we have tons of parking on our street. Neighborhood: The house is located in a mellow part of Highland Park. There are tons of bars and restaurants less then 5 minutes away, but it's far enough from the action that there isn't any neighborhood drama. It's a family neighborhood - lots of old folks hanging out on their porch and gardening...lots of people walking their dogs and babies. We are very close to an elementary school so you can hear kids playing during recess.
