This is a really lovely apartment that was built recently above the garage in a backyard. My husband and I live in the front house. The apartment is quite cosy and we have gotten good feedback about it from the people who have lived there. The apartment overlooks a garden and depending on the time of year, you could have fresh oranges, tomatoes, lemons or various herbs that we grow. There is also a barbecue that you can use. The neighborhood is quiet and both the 10 and 405 freeways are nearby. There are several groceries within walking distance and public transportation is only a few blocks away. There are a few feral cats that have chosen to hang out in our backyard. Previous tenants have loved this, but if you are not a cat person, or quite allergic to cats, we wanted to make sure you knew about this.

The space

Beautiful, furnished guest house in quiet residential neighborhood. We are on the West Side of LA, close enough to the ocean to enjoy a more temperate climate than other parts of LA. All utilities, including Wifi and cable included. The apartment is a large studio up a flight of stairs. Laundry in building. Short walk to bus to UCLA and light rail to USC. Neighborhood: The guest house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood where people stop to say hello to each other. We are centrally located near transportation, shopping and entertainment. The guest house is not far from several world class hospitals. The weather is great. The guest house overlooks a garden.
