Bright, two-level Spanish style home with large deck and backyard. The house is quiet, with lots of natural light, views of the garden, close to hiking, cafes, and shops/restaurants. Easy street parking. This is a thoughtfully maintained home (not a generic rental), and we appreciate guests who treat it with care. Also well suited for longer stays (1-3+ months)-reach out to discuss. We have two household members who are asthmatic and allergic to pet dander, so we do not allow service animals.

The space

You'll enter into the open kitchen/dining/living area, with new appliances, TV. Two bedrooms are on this level (one King bed, one kid's room with a Full bed) and a full bath. Downstairs, you'll find another room, flexible third space with en suite bath (can be used as guest room or office. French doors open to the deck and yard.
