High windows and glass doors provide lots of light in this high-ceiling 250 sq. ft. studio. A double glass French door leads out to a 180 sq. ft. private patio with lots of plants, songbirds, and a cafe table and chairs for an early morning espresso. The kitchen is fully equipped but it is a four minute walk to quaint shops, like the Penny Oven Bakery, Swork coffee, Milkfarm cheese, Colorado Wine Company, or drive to Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Vons or Target within minutes. The Americana at Brand outdoor mall is also less than three miles away. Eagle Rock has a small town feel but has easy access to the freeways and public transport. The studio construction was completed in 2021 so everything is new. The main house is at the front of the property and the backyard is separated by a hog wire fence and trees. The studio patio is fenced and totally private. This is a small to medium dog-friendly property. There is a $55 application fee.

The space

There is a large enclosed space (30 ft) in the front of the studio and a totally enclosed private covered back patio. Please note that the studio has a twin bed and is single occupancy.
