Consisting of a living space with a couch/futon, comfortable reading chair, Kitchenette has sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, induction plate and pans (no stove or oven). Comfortable full bed. bathroom: shower, sink, toilet. Note: this house was built in 1928, there maybe some noise from the main house , the floors do squeak. The lowest clearance height in the apartment is 6 ft.
