Our historic 1923 renovated casita studio is nestled into the hillside and surrounded by beautiful landscaping with amazing views. We are tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and specialty markets. Our bright and cozy casita has its own kitchen and bath and french doors that open on to a landscaped patio which is yours to enjoy. There is a terraced backyard loaded with fruit trees for you to pick from and nooks with patio furniture for reading and quiet moments. A BBQ is available just outside your front door. Our casita is quintessential indoor/outdoor Los Angeles. All utilities are included and a washer and dryer are on-site and free to use.

It is a very walkable neighborhood with double main drags on York Bl. and Figueroa St., and hiking trails with stunning views covering the surrounding hills.
