The main home remains on the property, where I've lived for 38 years with my adult son and his girlfriend, but the guest house itself is not attached, allowing for a comfortable sense of independence while still being part of a long-established, welcoming setting. Utilities are included and there is access to a shared washer and dryer for added convenience. Parking is available in free street parking, and a private garage space is also available for an additional fee. The home comfortably accommodates one to two occupants.
