A treehouse retreat with every amenity you could want. The space was designed, not just furnished. Brand-new kitchen, a dedicated workspace with a real desk and chair, and a king Murphy bed that folds away during the day, so you get a living room instead of a bedroom you're sitting in. The private deck is large enough for entertaining and has a grill, minifridge and second smart TV. GOOD FOR MEDICAL TRAVELERS Nine hospitals within half an hour, most under twenty minutes: - Adventist Health Glendale, 12 min - USC Verdugo Hills, 14 min - Adventist Health White Memorial, 15 min - Los Angeles General Medical Center (formerly LAC+USC), 16 min - Glendale Memorial, 17 min - Huntington Health, Pasadena, 18 min - Keck Hospital of USC, 19 min - Children's Hospital Los Angeles, 21 min - Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles, 26 min Free street parking directly outside, no permit required. WHAT'S INCLUDED All utilities, wi-fi, linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. LAUNDRY - YOUR CHOICE There is no washer and dryer inside the studio, but ours is in the main house, and you pick whichever of these suits you better: 1. Scheduled laundry access - two sessions a week in our laundry room, a few hours each. We agree the days with you at move-in and move them around if your rota changes. The machines are not fast, so the windows are generous. 2. A $100 monthly laundry credit instead, if you would rather not come into the house at all. That covers weekly wash-and-fold pickup and delivery from a local service. Send us the receipt and we credit it against your next month's rent. Tell us which you prefer and we will set it up before you arrive. WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK This is a steep hillside property and the stairs down to the studio are genuine stairs. If you have mobility limitations this probably isn't the right fit, and we would rather tell you now than have you arrive and find out. Minimum stay 30 days. 13-week contracts welcome and preferred. The space

One open room with the kitchen along one wall and the workspace by the window. The king Murphy bed folds down at night and tucks away during the day. Full private bathroom with shower. New kitchen with full-size fridge, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Sliding doors open onto your own large deck, which nobody else uses. Entry is from the street: through the side gate, down two flights of stairs to the second landing. We live upstairs, but there is no interior connection and no shared space.
