Note: There will be a brand-new queen bed installed in the unfurnished part of the studio. I have included an old picture that shows one. But I wanted to get this listing up right away. Will also be adding a desk by the window. Be assured it will all be in place by the time you arrive. Please bear with me. ;-) The apartment is part of a nineteen-twenties house. It is entirely self-contained. It has its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen, It cannot be entered from any other part of the house. The huge tropical garden, has lots of places so many places to hang out. Although the garden is shared by the other people who live in the property, should you decide to relax there by yourself, you need never see another soul. It is also shared by a cat and a long-haired dachshund. The dog is an attention-hound and may not respect your privacy. She might demand a belly rub. If you like to barbeque, the antique barbeque is fully functional and at your disposal. . For those who like to hike, the Hollywood Resevoir is right up the hill. Take the path around it or the unpaved trails that run by its side. The view of the lake is breath-taking. The price is for one person. An additional person would be an additional $500 per month. There is always plenty of free street parking. However, after 8 pm a small area is restricted. One parking pass will be provided. A few times a month, I rent out my part of the home (upstairs from you) and the garden for photoshoots. Mostly these are fashion or celebrity shoots. Usually these are tiny-less than 5 people and often only four hours. Less often, I host very small film shoots. When this happens, this should only minimally impact you.
