This unit has the most beautiful views of the Glendale hillside, Echo Park and even fireworks from Dodger Stadium! Behind the unit is a brand new private park that's open to the public during the day. It's also steps away from the LA River Bike Path where you can rent a bike or a canoe or just get some coffee by the river. The ceilings are 12 foot tall which makes the space feel huge. There's lots of storage in the attic space to maintain a clean and minimalist look. Fully furnished including a brand new full size Casper bed. This is a 3rd floor unit so theres stairs. We rent a rec room unit below and sometimes theres random people working on the premises and using the stairs.
