It is an officially designated historic property. The home is owner-occupied and well-maintained. The first floor is shared space containing a large, well-furnished living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, and a shared powder room with an in-home, recently updated HE washer/dryer. The kitchen has a doggie door with access to the large fenced-in backyard, and the dining room has a Pilates reformer and small fitness accessories (light hand weights, mats, etc.). On the second floor, the owners maintain private use of the primary suite and a small office, and the renter will have a private bedroom and exclusive use of the second-floor hallway bathroom. $1,500 all inclusive of rent, utilities, and amenities including off-street parking. Dogs under 40 lbs allowed with prior approval and $50/mo pet fee. Owners have a one year old Frenchie/Aussie shepherd mix, Moxie, who is friendly with people and dogs and a very active member of the household.
