This is a detached peaceful 1 bedroom apartment behind the main house which is owner occupied. Entrance is through the gated side driveway. It's an amazing sun filled place (with blackouts in the bedroom). I lived there for a year during renovations to the main house. Amazing neighborhood. Very safe and friendly.
The space
Glorious and sunny renovated apartment. Separate bedroom (with blackout sunroof shades), lots of closet space and tons of street parking. Private gated entrance. Private outdoor coffee nook for the unit. Neighborhood: Incredibly central, safe and peaceful neighborhood. Cheviot Hills is a true gem in the heart of the city.
