This is our pride and joy... Recently renovated with higher-end finishes and appliances. We've created a luxury home, like the best 5 star boutique hotels, that excited us to want to live in it, so you can luxuriate in it. Our goal is to make you feel as if you are the first to experience this oasis. We created this to be a unique experience. Immaculately clean, fresh sheets, towels and amenities every time. A special place that we hope will become a Hollywood Hills destination. Full of character, charm, style, warmth, and creativity. Our 1920 Hollywood Hills villa is know to be the first School House of the neighborhood. We're in the Hills with free and easy street parking, but 20mns walking distance to the center of Hollywood. At the end of our street is a spectacular view of the Hollywood sign from Beachwood Drive, and a few blocks up is an incredibly quaint village with a great hip and modern classic Diner as well as a classic village market frozen in time from the 1950's. Down the hills is "Franklin Village" with tons of cool Cafe's, restaurants, shops, bars, gourmet supermarket, and even a comedy theater. You'll be in the center of Los Angeles, close to everything. Especially with Uber, Lyft, and the new amazing subway we have in LA. There's even a bus stop at the end of our street. You can get to so many areas of LA. Universal Studios is 10 minutes away, LAX 30 mins, West Hollywood 15 mins, Beverly Hills 20 mins, Santa Monica/Venice 30 mins, Downtown 20 mins, etc. There are so many things to do, and upon arrival you will be welcomed with our personal guide we've created outlining all the best things to see and do and places to eat in LA. As you can tell from the photos, it gives us pleasure to help create a great space for you to have an amazing stay! Looking forward to having you experience, our bit of paradise...

Neighborhood: Situated on a quiet street just off Beachwood Dr, the iconic street with the Hollywood Sign. A 10 minute walk from Beachwood Village, home to the famous Beachwood Cafe, as mentioned in a Harry Styles song. Residents of Beachwood enjoy a peaceful and relaxed lifestyle, great for hiking, outdoor activities, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Close to the Hollywood Sign, Hollywood, Griffith Park, and Franklin Village. Also a short drive to Hollywood Bowl, the Sunset Strip, and Downtown Los Angeles.
